Deep, brilliant ruby red in colour, the perfume is intense and fruity. Full-bodied, it is pleasantly tannic, becoming smoother with age.

VINIFICATION. DESTEMMED, FERMENTED IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS, TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED, MAX 30°C, 9 DAYS TOTAL MACERATION

AGEING. IN STAINLESS STEEL FOR 9 MONTHS THEN BOTTLE AGED

SERVING TEMPERATURE. 16 -18°C
